Requirements for network frame installation

1. Tighten the bolts to the corresponding position to ensure the stability of the bolts and ensure that there is no visible thin seam in the sleeve contact. 

2. When installing the rod, the bending degree of the rod shall not exceed the safety range stipulated by the corresponding country. 

3, the network frame has been installed parts need to ensure that its surface is clean, no scratches, no missing, no obvious gaps, and can not appear sag and wrong installation phenomenon, ensure the corresponding interface is accurate, if there is a wrong installation need to be replaced in accordance with the requirements. 

4, the corresponding thickness and quality of paint related requirements must meet the design specifications within the error range, to ensure the overall grid shade requirements. 

5. The deviation error of the node center position of the established network structure should be less than 1.5mm, and the single cone mesh length should not be greater than l.5mm. 

6. After all the network frames are installed, the longitudinal and transverse lengths of the network frames shall be less than L/2000, and shall not be less than or equal to 30mm, and the deviation of the support center shall be less than L/3000, and shall be less than or equal to 30mm. 

7. The height difference between adjacent supports shall be less than or equal to 15mm, and the height difference between the highest point and the lowest point shall be less than or equal to 30mm. 

8. No load deflection should be less than L/800. 

9. The quality checker shall prepare measuring tools such as medium theodolite, level, steel tape measure and auxiliary tools such as cone and steel ruler for inspection. 

10. The quality inspection personnel shall stay at the construction site continuously, keep abreast of the construction situation, make necessary records and improve the relevant data, and report the situation to the quality engineer and other superiors in a timely manner, and actively and closely cooperate with the work.
